92-2303. State ex rel. Ohio Academy of Nursing Homes, Inc. v. Conrad.
In Mandamus. On motion for summary judgment and motion for stay
pending ruling on the motion for summary judgment. Summary judgment
denied; stay granted; protective order granted; and sua sponte cause
dismissed because there is an adequate remedy at law.
Moyer, C.J., A.W. Sweeney, Douglas, Wright, Resnick, F.E. Sweeney
and Pfeifer, JJ., concur.

DISCIPLINARY DOCKET

92-1344. Dayton Bar Assn. v. Hannah.
On contempt order for nonpayment of board costs and failure to comply
with disciplinary order. John Marshall Hannah is found in contempt.
He is indefinitely suspended from the practice of law until he pays
his costs in full and fully complies with the disciplinary order.

92-2170. Columbus Bar Assn. v. Morgan.
On motion to pay costs in installments. Motion granted.
Moyer, C.J., dissents.

ADMINISTRATIVE DOCKET

1. Proposed amendments to M.C. Sup.R. 13 and 99 (compensation
of assigned judges) were adopted, effective upon publication in the
Ohio Official Reports.

2. Lawrence Dumford was appointed to the Ohio Public Defender
Commission.

3. The court will participate in the Columbus Bar Association
Minority Student Law Clerk Program during the summer of 1993.

4. Madison H. Scott was appointed to the Board of Commissioners
on Grievances and Discipline of the Supreme Court as a nonlawyer
member.
