right. Upon consideration of appellant's motion to stay enforcement
of the sentence imposed by the Meigs County Court of Common Pleas
pending final disposition by this court,
IT IS ORDERED by the court that the motion for stay be, and the
same is hereby, granted, effective November 9, 1993.
