SUPREME COURT OF OHIO COLUMBUS ANNOUNCEMENT WEDNESDAY February 7, 1996 MERIT DOCKET 92-1917. In re Application of Holzhauser. On Report by the Board of Commissioners on Character and Fitness of the Supreme Court, No. 75. On November 20, 1995, the Board of Commissioners on Character and Fitness filed its final report in this court, recommending that the applicant, Gillian K. Holzhauser, be approved for admission to the practice of law. The applicant filed no objections to the board's Final Report, and this cause was considered by the court. Upon consideration thereof, IT IS ORDERED by the court, effective February 6, 1996, that Gillian K. Holzhauser not be approved and that she may not reapply for admission for two years from the date of this order. It is further ordered that upon reapplication, the applicant shall undergo further review of her character, fitness, and moral qualifications. It is further ordered that the applicant's results from the July 1991 Ohio bar examination remain sealed until such time as she is approved as to her character, fitness, and moral qualifications for admission to the practice of law. Moyer, C.J., Douglas, Wright, Resnick, F.E. Sweeney and Cook, JJ., concur. Pfeifer, J., dissents and would grant the application and unseal immediately Holzhauser's bar examination results. O'Neill, BCGD No. 96-III-01: Judge Ann Marie Tracey Hamilton County Common Pleas Court (First District) Judge James A. Brogan Second District Court of Appeals Judge Denise A. Dartt Toledo Municipal Court (Sixth District) Judge Jon R. Spahr Licking County Common Pleas Court (Fifth District) Judge Leslie Spillane Butler County Common Pleas Court, Domestic Relations Division (Twelfth District) Pursuant to Gov.Jud.R. II, Section 2(B)(1), the Supreme Court designates Judge Ann Marie Tracey as chair of the Commission. Pursuant to R.C. 2701.11, Keith Bartlett, Assistant Administrative Director of the Supreme Court of Ohio, is for the purpose of this proceeding designated as Administrative Director to serve as Secretary to the Commission, with authority to sign entries and orders on behalf of and at the direction of the Commission or its chair. All pleadings and other documents in this matter shall be filed with the Clerk of the Supreme Court. The original and seven copies of all documents shall be filed.
