ADMINISTRATIVE DOCKET

1. Proposed amendments to DR 2-103 (Recommendation of
Professional Employment) and proposed Lawyer Referral and
Information Services Regulations will be published for public
comment.

2. Proposed amendments to DR 2-111 (Sale of Law Practice)
will be published for public comment.

3. A Temporary Provision of the Ohio Traffic Rules was
adopted.

4. Proposed amendments to the Ohio Traffic Rules (Rule 13,
Traffic Violations Bureau) will be published for public comment.

5. Douglas K. Chapman and Kathleen E. Stimler were
appointed to the Commission on Certification of Attorneys as
Specialists.

6. Joseph Wittenberg was appointed to the Board of
Commissioners on Grievances and Discipline of the Supreme Court.

7. John G. Lancione was appointed to the Supreme Court
Rules Advisory Committee. The nomination of Judge Joseph Clark to
the committee was approved. The renomination of Judge David
Lewandowski to the committee was approved. Donald C. Brey was
appointed Chair, and Judge Peggy Bryant was appointed Vice-Chair
of the committee.

8. Judge Donna Congeni Fitzsimmons was appointed to the
Traffic Rules Review Commission. Judge Francis X. Gorman was
reappointed to commission. Judge Frederick C. Hany II was
reappointed Chair of the commission.

9. Benson A. Wolman was appointed to the Committee for
Lawyer Referral and Information Services.

10. Kenneth F. Seibel was reappointed to the Board of Bar
Examiners.

11. Judge Nancy Drake Hammond was reappointed Chair of
the Board of Commissioners on Character and Fitness.

12. Frederick L. Ransier III was reappointed Chair of the Board
of Commissioners on the Unauthorized Practice of Law.
