IT IS ORDERED by this court, sua sponte, that Jeffrey C. Keith, Attorney
Registration No. 0007885, last known business address in Parma, Ohio, be found
in contempt for failure to comply with this court's order of November 24, 1998, to
wit, failure to pay publication costs in the amount of $407.24 on or before July 17,
2000.

2002-2250. Disciplinary Counsel v. Keith.
IT IS ORDERED by this court, sua sponte, that Jeffrey C. Keith, Attorney
Registration No. 0007885, last known business address in Parma, Ohio, be found
in contempt for failure to comply with this court's order of July 18, 2001, to wit,
failure to publication costs in the amount of $351.39 on or before October 15,
2002.

Attorney Continuing Legal Education. Respondent has filed a motion for leave to
file a reply to objections filed by the Commission on Continuing Legal Education

on January 31, 2003, accompanied by her reply to the answer to objections.
Whereas there are no provisions under Gov.Bar R. X(6) for the filing of a reply,

IT IS ORDERED by the court, sua sponte, that respondent's motion for leave
be, and hereby is, denied, and the reply is stricken.
