MOTION AND PROCEDURAL RULINGS

2004-2004. Tomasik v. Tomasik.
Summit App. No. 21980, 2004-Ohio-5558. This cause is pending before the court
as a discretionary appeal. Upon consideration of appellees' expedited motion to
strike notice of appeal, memorandum in support of jurisdiction, and amended
notice of appeal, and appellees' motion to dismiss appeal,
IT IS ORDERED by the court, sua sponte, that appellees may file a
memorandum in response to appellants' memorandum in support of jurisdiction
within thirty days from the date of this entry.

MISCELLANEOUS DISMISSALS

2004-1277. State ex rel. Toledo Hosp. v. Indus. Comm.
Franklin App. No. 03AP-581, 2004-Ohio-3315. This cause is pending before the
court as an appeal from the Court of Appeals for Franklin County. Upon
consideration of appellant's application for dismissal,
IT IS ORDERED by the court that the application for dismissal be, and
hereby is, granted.
ACCORDINGLY, IT IS FURTHER ORDERED by the court that this cause

2004-2020. State ex rel. Ohio Patrolmen's Benevolent Assn. v. Loveland.
In Mandamus. This cause originated in this court on the filing of a complaint for a
writ of mandamus. Upon consideration of the joint application for dismissal,
