CASE ANNOUNCEMENTS AND ADMINISTRATIVE ACTIONS January 14, 2005 [Cite as 01/14/2005 Case Announcements, 2005-Ohio-103.] MOTION AND PROCEDURAL RULINGS 2003-0135. State v. Sapp. Clark App. No. 99CA84, 2002-Ohio-6863. Upon consideration of appellant's motion for stay of execution of death sentence scheduled for April 26, 2005, pending completion of post-conviction proceedings currently pending in the Court of Common Pleas of Clark County, Ohio, IT IS ORDERED by the court that the motion be and hereby is, granted. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED by the court that this stay shall remain in effect until exhaustion of all state post-conviction proceedings, including any appeals. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED by the court that counsel for the appellant and for the appellee shall notify this court when all proceedings for post-conviction relief before courts of this state have been exhausted. MISCELLANEOUS DISMISSALS 2004-1458. State ex rel. Shaffer v. Indus. Comm. Franklin App. No. 03AP-486, 2004-Ohio-3838. This cause is pending before the court as an appeal from the Court of Appeals for Franklin County. Upon consideration of appellant's application for dismissal, IT IS ORDERED by the court that the application for dismissal be, and hereby is, granted.
