Viva Voce Reporting Ltd. is a technologically progressive court reporting company providing real-time reporting and transcription services. Viva Voce Reporting's head office is located in Ottawa, Canada, with additional offices in Vancouver, Canada, and The Hague, Netherlands. Our company currently has over 30 court reporters and transcriptionists providing transcripts for an array of courts, boards and commissions. We operate using a state-of-the-art paperless production environment that significantly reduces the environmental impact of our reporting services. All members of our reporting team have a minimum of 5 years of experience, enabling us to take on challenging projects that demand a level of skill that only real-world experience can provide. As half of our personnel are fully bilingual, we are able to produce transcripts in both French and English within hours of the completion of a hearing. Viva Voce Reporting is very proud of our international presence. We have provided our services on three continents and are always looking to expand.
