the ranks from Officer to Colonel. Supervised Marine Patrol Investigative
Operations for all South Florida. Directed Marine Patrol Operations
for five South Florida Marine Patrol Districts. Oversaw the
supervision of the Patrol and Investigative efforts of 250 Sworn
and Civilian employees, 200 coastal patrol boats and 5 aircraft.
