·         Managed 24 hour scheduling, staff development and performance reviews for 75 Registered Nurses and 10 patient sitters for the Division of Nursing in acute care, critical care, pediatrics and women/infants.

·         Collaborated with unit Manager and Directors to implement and operationalize the department for staffing needs.
