FAA EMPLOYEE DRUG TESTING AVIATION

Developed from concept substance of abuse clinical testing
company. Over 12,000 airline employees in the program. Obtained
first FAA operating authority to conduct airline employee
drug testing in the western United States. Consulted to over
100 transportation companies related to employee drug testing
mandates. Larger clients included America West Airlines, Skywest
Airlines and MGM Grand Air.

Independent contractor for aviation related groups and air
carriers wishing to expand and improve business, service or
operations. Developed FAR Part 135 Air Carrier Certifications.
Conducted route studies throughout the U.S. and Pacific.
Implemented financing proposals and business plans in the
areas of commuter air operations, air carrier contract maintenance
companies and FBOs. Obtained first FAA operating authority
to conduct airline employee drug testing in the western United
States. Major clients have included Flying Tigers and United
Airlines and MGM Grand Air.
COMMUTER AIRLINE AIR
HAWAII PRESIDENT Honolulu,
Hawaii
Through acquisition and merger, this air service became the
second largest commuter in the state. Re-negotiated and maintained
IATA and bilateral interline agreements with more than 50
airlines. Negotiated re-financing plans with two major banks.
Negotiated private placement of a $4,000,000 new aircraft
and equipment package. Doubled passenger traffic within four
months and became profitable in five months. Personally directed
governmental and community relations efforts. Combined annual
sales of $3.6 million and passenger traffic of 80,000. 57
employees.
AIR FREIGHT HAWAII
LANDAIR PRESIDENT Honolulu,

Built from concept the state's most active small package air
service. Negotiated all PUC contracts. Personally negotiated
80% of the firm's trade accounts. Secured a 30-year state
property lease at Honolulu International Airport and constructed
on the property a 10,000 sq. ft. air cargo facility. Averaged
1,000 small packages delivered per day. Annual cargo traffic
peaked at 4,000,000 lbs. Major contract customers included
Federal Express, Purolator Courier, and Flying Tigers. Major
tenant was Flying Tigers. 23 employees.

AIR FORCE MEMBER Worldwide
F-4 Aircrew. Vietnam era veteran. Performed line duties as
a fighter aircrew member with emphasis on air superiority,
air defense and tactical nuclear strike. Squadron Administrative
Officer. Nuclear Weapons Instructor. Graduate of Squadron
Officer School. Instrument Ground School Instructor. Temporary
and permanent duty assignments throughout the United States,
Thailand, Korea, Japan, Taiwan, and the Philippines. Demonstrated
operational proficiency with the AIM-7 and the AIM-9 missile.
