Steven R. Graboff, M.D. is a board certified Orthopaedic Surgeon and a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. He has maintained an active orthopedic clinical practice since 1985 and he brings considerable expertise and experience to the forensic medical legal community.

With over 20 years of litigation support experience, Dr. Graboff has qualified and testified as an orthopedic expert witness over 400 times for both the plaintiff and defense in cases throughout the United States.

He has given expert witness testimony in personal injury and medical malpractice cases in Superior, Central, and Federal Courts on issues such as wrongful death, DVT/pulmonary embolism, joint replacement surgery, orthopedic infection, spine surgery, fracture management, failure to diagnose/missed-diagnosis, FELA railroad injuries, slip/trip and falls, spinal cord and peripheral nerve injuries, motor vehicle accidents, assaults, manufacturer defect caused trauma, i.e.: tire blow-out and implant failure/recall, mass casualty such as train derailment,  pre-existing conditions, and most other Orthopedic (surgical and non-surgical) related issues.

In the capacity of the forensic medical expert witness, Dr. Graboff has written opinions and testified in the areas of orthopedic biomechanics and mechanism of injury, diagnosis, causation, apportionment, reasonable medical care and treatment, reasonable medical costs, need for future medical treatment, permanent damages, functional impairment, negligence, and standard of care issues.
