Since 1985, Jerald H. Ratner, M.D. has served
as an expert witness in numerous trials and depositions. His
forensic experience has been equally balanced between plaintiff
and defense, and has been fortified by expert witness work
for the Board of Medicine and the American Psychiatric Association
since 1993. Dr. Ratner’s work is timely and substantiated
