1978 - 1989 Mine Inspector for both Coal and Metal/Nonmetal Divisions

1989 - 2002 Instructor and Training specialist at the National Mine Health and Safety Academy.

Activities and Accomplishments:

Served as part of the investigation Team for several mine fatalities.

Developed, wrote the training manuals and designed the computer presentation used in instruction for the following courses taught at the National Mine Health and Safety Academy.
