Mr. Conrad has over 30 years of experience in law enforcement from routine patrol, investigations to specializing in forensic firearm identification and crime scene examination. He has worked in the capacity of examiner, supervisor and educator in the law enforcement and forensic science fields at all levels of Federal, State and City jurisdictions. He has also worked in the private sector for small, medium and large corporations providing a communications bridge between the forensic community and law enforcement personnel to technical computer personnel and corporate management. Mr. Conrad has traveled extensively throughout the United States, Europe and Asia providing training in forensic ballistic imaging and forensic firearms examination. His expert court testimony is extensive and includes several Federal District courts and numerous states in criminal and civil matters for prosecution, plaintiff and defense.
