App. P. 9.225, Appellants, ANDRE FLADELL, et al, file this notice of supplemental authority to direct the Court's attention to a decision that is significant to the issues raised in the case at bar which was discovered after the filing of Appellant's Brief. 1. Sterling v. Brevard County, 2000 WL 1713681 (Fla. 5th DCA Nov. 17, 2000): (Charter review commission sought emergency declaratory relief that amendments omitted from ballots be included on ballot and order requiring county commission to call a special election if necessary. On appeal, held that fact that general election had already been held did not moot the issue or controversy. Summary judgment reversed and cause remanded to trial court to issue an injunction requiring the county commission to either adopt all or some of the ballots, or place those not adopted on the ballot in the next general election "or in a special election, whichever shall first be possible.") 2. Armstrong v. Harris, SC952239 (Fla. Sept. 7, 2000): (Rejecting argument that favorable vote on proposed constitutional amendment cured defect in form of proposed amendment when no one "can say with certainty what the vote of the electorate would have been if the voting public had been given the whole truth, as mandated by the statute . . .
