Jacobs, pursuant to Fla.R.Jud.Admin. 2.060(b) and Fla.R.App.P. 9.440(a), respectfully moves for leave for certain of his counsel to appear in this appeal pro hac vice. Specifically, Plaintiff/Appellant moves this Court to allow the appearance of six attorneys: Robert D. Lenhard, John R. Cuti, Jonathan Abady, Ilann M. Maazel, Eric Seiler, and Katherine L. Pringle, in this matter. Mr. Lenhard is a member in good standing of the bars of the District of Columbia and the State of California and has not filed a motion to appear in Florida in the preceding three years. Ms. Pringle is a member in good standing of the bars of the District of Columbia and the State of New York and has not filed a motion to appear in Florida in the preceding three years. Mr. Cuti, Mr. Abady, Mr. Maazel and Mr. Seiler are members in good standing of the bar of the State of New York and have also not filed motions to appear in Florida in the 1 preceding three years.1 WHEREFORE, Plaintiff/Appellant respectfully requests that the Court admit Messrs.
