Orion Support Incorporated, or simply "OSI", specializes in the full range of commercial investigations to include due diligence, litigation support, asset/skip tracing, process service, criminal and court records checks; as well as risk assessments, security surveys and VIP protection.   Management previously ran Pinkerton – Philippines from 1992; with their three Western managers having been previously assigned with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and USAF OSI within the U.S. Embassy, Manila since 1984. Between them, they have over 45 years of investigative experience, Philippine-wide; significantly more than any of their non-Filipino competition. Their goal is simply: "To provide quality services at international standards, at fees significantly reduced from their international competition."

Jeffrey A. Williams, CPP and Thomas J. Kane, CPP are both members of, and board certified in Security Management, as Certified Protection Professionals by the American Society for Industrial Security International. In addition, Jeff is a Member of the Investigations Council of ASIS; as well as the Asia Regional Coordinator for both INTELNET and the World Association of Private Investigators (WAPI), a member of the World Association of Detectives ( W.A.D.), the California Association of Licensed Investigators (CALI) and the National Association of Professional Process Servers (NAPPS).

Experience/Cases

OSI was formed in 2001 by Jeff Williams and Tom Kane. Their three Western managers within OSI  have over 70 years of combined worldwide investigative and security consulting experience as Special Agents with the U.S. Air Force Office of Special Investigations (OSI) and the FBI; and then as commercial investigative and security consultants with Pinkerton Consulting and Investigations Service, before forming Orion Support Inc.  Jeff was previously recognized by Pinkerton U.S.A. as their Worldwide Investigations Managing Director of the Year in 1997 and as the Pinkerton International Manager of the Year - Leadership Award in 1998. 
 
They have conducted several  thousand due-diligence, litigation support, process service, insurance fraud, asset/skip tracing investigations and criminal/court records checks, Philippines-wide. They have also conducted many and varied risk assessments, security surveys and audits, and VIP protection for numerous U.S. Fortune 500 companies entering into or already operating in the Philippines, to include within high risk areas of the southern Philippines.  They are supported by Mr. Robert L. Heafner, a former Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation , who spent his last nine years with the Bureau as the Legal Attaché at the U.S. Embassy, Manila, retiring in 1998. They are supported by an experienced and seasoned staff of twelve local investigative and security consultants.  
 
Their many years of investigative contacts within the Philippine National Bureau of Investigation, Philippine National Police, Intelligence Service of the Armed Forces of the Philippines, the Military Intelligence Group and other Philippine government agencies is unparalleled in the international investigative community within Metro Manila.
