Jury throws Libby under the bus.

WASHINGTON -- An 11 person jury found Vice President Dick Cheney's former chief of staff guilty on four counts in the investigation into whether a CIA operative's name was intentionally leaked to the news media.

Libby was acquitted on one count of lying to the FBI.

Well, so much for the aquital. That said, the appeals process lies ahead. It worked for Arthur Anderson.
