Google adds paper version to Gmail, IP to toilet

For those of you who slept yesterday, Google, Inc. was up to their usual April fools day humor. This year they lent a page from Adam Sandler and went with potty humor on their main page, proclaiming they could provide free Internet through your toilet bowl.

A more highbrow prank was reserved for Gmail users, whereby the log in screen for Gmail was offering paper versions of your e-mail sent to your door. The user testimonials proffered should have been a good tell for anyone who was roused to excitement, that they would not soon be receiving Gmail by Snail mail.

Remember to note your Google Calendar for April 1, 2008 with an appropriate notation such as, "All Google Beta Apps are for Fools"
