Billing Policy: Invoiced daily with itemized monthly statements, laser printed documents, all data is backed up on a daily basis and encrypted with the best security available. Status calls will be returned: over the phone or via email. Invoices will be mailed, emailed or faxed.

Services: Daily Route Services, Process Serving, Messenger/Delivery Service, On-Site Mobile Photocopy, Court Filings, Court Research, Public Records Research, Skip Tracing, Bank Account Searches, Out of County and State services, Small Claims Packages, Post Judgment Packages and much more.

Efficiency: All regular service of process is attempted within 48 hours of receipt.

Proof of Service & Invoice will be mailed. - Average delivery time within the City of San Diego is 20 to 30 minutes. - Average court filing time within East, South & Central Divisions is about 20 minutes and Vista is about 60 minutes.

Benefits: The Company is client oriented and we will inform your firm of court and local rule changes or updates, as well as work in progress. We are able to give larger firms a discounts based on volume.

B) If your firm does not notice a savings from 10% and possible up to 30% savings each month from your current rates then the company will offer discounted services to make up the difference. (Accounting proof must be provided).
