We know that fast and professional service makes you look good to your client and that is why we make every effort to serve your documents the same day we receive them.

We will attempt service the same day if your documents are delivered to us by 10:00 AM for businesses and 5:00 PM for residences. If received after those times, we can still attempt service the same day when requested by you, but a rush charge will be added.

You will be notified by phone within minutes after service has been completed and your notarized affidavit will be mailed (or overnighted upon request) the following business day. If the person or company you are attempting to serve is no longer located at the address provided, we will check with neighbors and attempt to locate a forwarding address.

Tony Snesko, President of Same Day Process Service, has been serving process since 1970 and personally monitors every document that comes in for service. Tony proposed the first ethics and standards guidelines for professional process servers and chaired the first Ethics and Standards Committee for CAPPS. He also proposed the first Process Servers Certification Exam and was its co-author.

Brandon Snesko, (Tony’s son) is Vice President and has been a private investigator for four years and serving process since 1999. You will discover that his reputation for serving the impossible is well deserved.
