Philip J. Kouril is the founder and owner of P.R.L INVESTIGATIONS, L.L.C., a native New Yorker, Mr. Kouril has over 28 years of investigative experience in both the public and private sector of law enforcement and investigations. Mr. Kouril has received numerous citations and awards for his service as such. During his law enforcement career, he has served in two Police Departments, the New York City Police Department and the Nassau County Police Department, achieving the rank of Detective in both departments. As such he is not only a seasoned investigator but also has the unique ability to understand what is required to have a successful investigation. We are Certified Licensed Process Servers (NAIS) and specialize in rush, difficult and hard to serve process. We will find anyone to serve process upon to help initiate your legal process.

This unique combination of experience in two Police Departments permits Mr. Kouril to have a depth of understanding and insight absent in other investigators. It uniquely qualifies him for inquiries requiring advanced knowledge, particularly in complex and /or complicated investigations. Mr Kouril is also a Certified Process Server and Pre-Employment and Background Investigator and a member in good standing with the numerous organizations that support these investigations. We are fully licensed, by the New York State Department of State Division of Licensing Services, Bonded and Insured.
