I founded Track'um Private Investigations after originally Co-founding Bureau of Security Specialists, Inc. in 1997. B.O.S.S. a security guard/patrol company soon found the need to do private investigations and Track'um Private Investigations was born. I am still a co-owner of BOSS, the Guard/patrol Company. I retired as Day shift watch commander from Wilkes Co. Sheriff’s Office in 1997 and had been in some aspect of law enforcement for the past twenty years. My earlier responsibilities as a deputy were child support enforcement officer for that department, and I was notorious for finding the most difficult absent parents on “Most Wanted Posters”, one of which was found in CA after 13 years of child abandonment and brought back to North Carolina. Arrearage exceeded $53,000.00 child support, thus the name “Track’um”. I worked in almost all levels in the law enforcement field and received several awards over the years. The one most proud of is the 1991 North Carolina Governors award for bravery and heroism and in 1993 I received the silver star and induction into the National Police Hall of Fame, Miami Fl. for pulling a young lady from an exploding burning vehicle. I was featured on a hero type trading card issued by the Hall of Fame telling of the life saving situation. I have very positive relations with law enforcement in all northwest North Carolina and am regularly involved with them. For a brief period after retirement I was a Locate Investigator for a large National Child Support Company. As you can palinly see, we've got the experice.
