Hilditch Investigative Services is owned and operated by Christopher Hilditch and is located in Sumter, SC. Chris Hilditch's background consists of training and experience in Air Force military law enforcement while in the Security Forces on active and reserve status for over 8 years. He served 4 years as a Deputy Sheriff with the Sumter County Sheriff's Office in Sumter, SC. While with the Sheriff's Office, he gained experience in investigations and process service in his duties on patrol, community oriented policing, Family Court, warrants and Courtroom Security. Chris Hilditch left his employment with the Sheriff's Office and worked for the past two years as a staff investigator in the law firm of Jones, Seth, Shuler & Killen, LLP in Sumter concentrating most of his efforts on domestic and criminal cases.

Chris Hilditch is licensed by the State of South Carolina and bonded. Our SC License Number is PDC 2422. Hilditch Investigative Services provides process service to the Sumter County area as well as surrounding counties at reasonable rates. We also provide investigative services for adultery and custody cases, surveillance, worker's compensation insurance defense, criminal defense, background checks and personal injury cases.
