The goal of Tennessee Process Services is to provide reliable services to the legal community and to do so in a fast and cost effective manner.

Tennessee Process Services was formed on September 11, 2002 by Charles McBee, a former Special Agent with the Dept. of Energy's Transportation Safeguards Division and a former Special United States Deputy Marshall. He later entered college and after receiving his degree went to work for some attorneys in the Knoxville area. Finding the need by the legal community for a fast, reliable and cost effective means of serving process he left the legal field and began the corporation.

Our charges are on a flat fee basis, depending on the county where service is to be performed and all attempts made. This allows you to know what the charge will be in advance if you decide to use our services. We will keep you informed of the progress and if there are any problems (incorrect addresses, unable to locate defendants, defendants evading service, etc...) we will notify you for further instructions. We will not return to you 'unexecuted' before notifying you first.
