Client care is the first thing we do at the 4th
Corner Network. We are fully aware of the importance of the
documents entrusted to us. Every aspect of our business is
geared towards doing what is best for our customers. Owners,
managers and employees strive to provide a smooth completion of every
assignment. Often a successful service of process is a "one
shot" opportunity with no possiblity of a second chance and every
effort is made to make it happen when it is supposed to happen. Each

4th Corner ultilizes a variety of means to communicate often and
clearly with our clients. Regular mail, legal messengers, special
couriers, overnight delivery (such as UPS and Fed-X), telephone (both
landlines and cellular), fax, e-mail, and our custom made, internet-based,
Client Web Access system, all come together providing our clients
with a seamless system of service keeping them informed of our progress
towards the successful completion of their service request.
4th Corner Network maintains a record on every process service
assignment for at least 10 years. Since May of 2001 each assignment
is scanned into an electronic file. It is then stored on our
secure file server and backed up each night to an off site location. Prior
to May of 2001 our files are maintained in conventional paper storage. In
either case, the fact that we save EVERYTHING relating to an assignment
has helped protect our clients when they needed details of the manner
in which the service was effected years after the fact.
4th Corner servers undergo a complete training program before
they are allowed to serve your legal documents. They are versed
in the rules of service for a wide variety of document types along
with how to handle themselves professionally in circumstances and
situations which, to say the least, are often unpleasant. Our
ownership and managers are alert to changes in statutes and for new
case law as handed down by our courts. Newly learned information
is disseminated immediately to our process servers and they
are provided with real life scenarios of how the changes will affect
their work.
